About

Experienced operational leadership, shaped by clarity, resilience and practical judgement

My work is grounded in helping organisations regain clarity when things have become unclear, pressured or misaligned. Over time, I have been brought into a range of environments where performance has stalled, structures have weakened, or expectations have become inconsistent. These situations are rarely about individuals. More often, they reflect systems that need to be reset, clarified or strengthened.

I approach this work in a calm, direct and hands-on way. I am comfortable operating in complex environments, working autonomously, and focusing on what will make the most meaningful difference without unnecessary noise or over-complication.

How I am often brought in

I am often brought in when things are not working as expected.  Delivery has stalled, accountabilities are unclear, processes are inconsistent, or teams are working hard but without alignment.  These are rarely individual problems.  More often, they reflect systems that need to be tightened, clarified or reset.

I work in both interim and consulting capacities.  Sometimes leading directly from within an organisation, sometimes working alongside leadership to restore structure and direction.  In both cases, the focus is the same: create clarity, reduce friction and ensure the organisation is operating as it should.

Based in London.  Open to interim, contract and advisory work across sectors.

What sits behind the work

Rebuilding well is different from
simply absorbing pressure

That applies in organisations as much as it does in life.  Short-term fixes can keep something moving, but they do not create lasting strength.  Lasting strength comes from clearer foundations, honest assessment, and structure that people can rely on without heroics.

Interested in working together
